What's included in a Walk & Talk Pre-sale Consultation?

Sellers take notes as we discuss recommended updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, color palette, and decor. Virtual assessments are offered for other locations.

What's not included in a Walk & Talk Pre-sale Consultation?

The Walk & Talk consultation does not include a written report. Its highly recommended that Sellers take notes during the assessment. If requested, we can provide a detailed write-up with images for an additional fee.

Are the Pre-Sale Consultation Certificates refundable?

Unfortunately, No. Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are final. Please consider your purchase carefully.

The pre-sale consultation certificates are a digital product. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with printable certificates, at which time you can print if desired or share the digital format.
