    On-Demand Support: Are you working on a residential home improvement project but don’t have enough time in the day, week, or month, to coordinate with vendors? Let us step in to help carry the workload. We’ll act as the point of contact for vendor and schedule management, and general project communications. Starting at $150 (per hour)

  • Pre-Sale Consultations

    Walk & Talk: Designed with DIYers in mind. Homeowners take notes as we tour the property and discuss how best to prepare the home before it’s listed. This consult lasts up to 2-hours.
    Starting at $350

    Luxe:
    Similar to the Walk & Talk, but with added insurance. Within three business days of completing the consult, Sellers will receive a detailed report outlining, room-by-room, the recommended updates. Additionally, our staff is available via email to address questions or concerns that may arise.

  • E-Design and Styling

    E-Design: An affordable alternative to traditional interior design services as there are no in-person meetings or travel. E-design includes a suggested shopping list (furniture, lighting, art, and decor), furniture layout, and a digital mood board.

    Photo Styling:
    Does your space need a little extra OOMPH for listing photos? We can help edit and style key areas of the home ahead of a planned photo shoot using the Seller's existing furniture and decor.
