Let us step in to help carry the workload. We’ll act as the point of contact for vendor and schedule management, and general project communications. Starting at $150 (per hour)

Walk & Talk: Designed with DIYers in mind. Homeowners take notes as we tour the property and discuss how best to prepare the home before it’s listed. This consult lasts up to 2-hours.
Starting at $350

Luxe: Similar to the Walk & Talk, but with added insurance. Within three business days of completing the consult, Sellers will receive a detailed report outlining, room-by-room, the recommended updates. Additionally, our staff is available via email to address questions or concerns that may arise.

E-Design: An affordable alternative to traditional interior design services as there are no in-person meetings or travel. E-design includes a suggested shopping list (furniture, lighting, art, and decor), furniture layout, and a digital mood board.

Photo Styling: Does your space need a little extra OOMPH for listing photos? We can help edit and style key areas of the home ahead of a planned photo shoot using the Seller's existing furniture and decor.
